TYNILEM is more than just a brand. It’s the story of a dream built step by step — born from real-world experience and a growing need for simpler, more beautiful, and more connected living.

This project was founded by someone with over 16 years of experience in construction, having built more than 100 traditional homes. After years in classical residential construction, clients began asking a new kind of question:

“Can you build something smaller — but still high-quality and full of soul?”

That question sparked the beginning of TYNILEM — a modern concept of smartly prefabricated tiny homes, crafted on solid structures, finished with care, and designed for a new lifestyle: freer, cleaner, and more authentic.

Each model reflects a clear vision: minimal space, maximum functionality, and inspiring design.
Our homes are prefabricated up to 70% in our factory and quickly assembled anywhere in Europe, mounted on high-quality prefabricated concrete piers.

We pay attention to every detail: from space planning and insulation, to travertine-style exterior finishes, premium metal roofs, and optional extras like solar panels, air conditioning, or custom interiors.
