Built to Last – Engineered for Comfort
TYNILEM homes are designed to be durable, energy-efficient, and truly comfortable — no matter where you choose to place them.
🔸 Structure:
Each house is built using a prefabricated panel system, with a galvanized steel frame and high-performance insulation layers, produced in our own facility.
🔸 Thermal & Acoustic Insulation:
Walls are made up of 7 layers, including basalt mineral wool, fiber cement board, fire-resistant drywall, and decorative travertine panels – both on the outside and inside.
🔸 Floor System:
The floor is made from prefabricated reinforced concrete beams, topped with concrete panels, leveling screed, extruded polystyrene insulation, and finished with laminate flooring or another option of your choice.
🔸 Roofing:
A ventilated roofing system with no interior ceiling – layered as follows:
interior wooden cladding,
vapor barrier,
mineral wool insulation,
wooden decking,
breathable membrane,
finished with black standing seam metal roofing.
🔸 Energy Class:
Thanks to the materials and thermal design, all homes can reach Energy Class A or A+, depending on the optional features (solar panels, inverter, air conditioning, etc.).
🔸 Foundation:
Homes are installed on prefabricated concrete piers, adapted to the terrain. On sloped or uneven ground, piers are cast on-site.
🔸 Installation & Delivery:
All homes are 70% prefabricated in our factory, with the remaining 30% completed on-site in just 3 to 10 days, depending on the model.
